Autum Vineyard

I love all the time we can spend in the countryside at the vineyard but I mostly enjoy autumn days. We have grape, wine, apples, pears, chestnuts, walnuts and who knows what else. Any time out there is a feast!!! I love looking for chestnuts and roasting them on the stove in the cellar. Chestnuts and new wine..hmm.
Not to mention that the vineyard is in a forest so if we are fed up with the slopes we can do a bit of a forest hike. Here are the highlights of this years visit.
